Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders are processed on Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Carrier

We ship via standard carriers including USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays

While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
